The sculptural composition of fragmented organic bisque ceramic pieces, raw unglazed, resembling the land with impressions of olive leaves from their farms.  Evoking a sense of belonging, sheets of red & white clay, the architecture of the Levant,  blood stained. The wreckage and remains of a witnessing inhabitedness.

In these olive leaves, a repetitive prayer; hidden within them are letters of light: the name of God. 

Shattered & jaggery yet standing upright, of piled broken bones & severed limbs 

emphasizing the contrast between fragility and strength.  turmoil & resilience. 

The oversized Arabic letters, a ravishing suppressed scream. Projecting the poem, the voice echo.

The overall assembly, as a refuge tent, is it safe? It narrates civilization destruction, endurance, the intensity of violation and the human condition.

تكوين نحتي من قطع خزفية عضوية مجزأة، خام غير مزججة، تُشبه الأرض مع بصمات أوراق الزيتون من مزارعها. تُثير شعورًا بالانتماء، صفائح من الطين الأحمر والأبيض، عمارة بلاد الشام، ملطخة بالدماء. حطام وبقايا مسكونة شاهدة.

في أوراق الزيتون هذه،  دعاء متكرر؛ مخفية بداخلها حروف من نور: اسم الله تعالى.

محطمة ومشوهة، لكنها واقفة، من عظام مكسورة وأطراف مبتورة، تُبرز التباين بين الهشاشة والقوة، بين الاضطراب والصمود.

الحروف العربية الضخمة، صرخة آسرة مكبوتة. القصيدة المُسقطة، صدى الصوت،

التجمع العام، كخيمة ملاذ. هل هو آمن؟ا

يروي دمار الحضارة، الصمود،  شدة الانتهاك،  والحالة الإنسانية.
