Tiba T-Pot إبريق شاي طيبة

A hand in hand collaboration with my daughter perfused with a contemporary take on the beloved vintage rose teapot. 

A hand carved rose handle saturated in deep blue, steep upon, a wheel thrown body, resembling a lino print.  In the kiln, contracted, as if scalded by the heat of the teapot.

Placed upon recycled paper, steeped with a lino print rose repeat.

إبريق شاي طيبة

تعاونٌ يد بيد مع ابنتي، مُضفى عليه لمسةً عصريةً لإبريق الشاي العتيق المحبوب بنقشة الورد.

مقبضٌ منقوشٌ يدويًا على شكل وردة جورية، مُشبعٌ باللون الأزرق العميق، مُنقوع به، يُشبه نقشة لينو. على جسمٌ مُشكل على العجلة،

 في الفرن، إنكمشٌ، كما لو أنه مُحرقٌ بحرارة إبريق الشاي.

موضوعٌ على ورق مُعاد تدويره، مُنقعٌ بنقشة لينو مُكررة على شكل وردة
